Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has fundamentally transformed political communication ecosystems, creating significant challenges for government institutions in managing public communication effectively. This study analyzes the concept of government political communication resilience in addressing digital information disruption. Using a qualitative library research method with content analysis technique, this study synthesizes scholarly literature from reputable academic databases. The findings reveal four integrated components of government political communication resilience: organizational adaptation capacity, digital technology utilization, communication governance strengthening, and community participation enhancement. These components collectively form a model that enables governments to maintain communication effectiveness, preserve public trust, and sustain policy legitimacy amid digital disruption. The study concludes that strengthening political communication resilience requires integrated approaches combining adaptive strategies, digital innovation, information governance, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. This model provides a conceptual foundation for governments to develop sustainable communication governance capable of navigating the dynamic digital information ecosystem.
