H-Luminia: Education, Psychology and Social Behavior Research Journal does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APC) at any stage of the publication process. Submission, peer review, editorial processing, and publication are completely free of charge for all authors.

This policy is established to support equitable access to scholarly publishing and to encourage contributions from researchers, academics, and practitioners worldwide, regardless of institutional or financial background. The journal is committed to removing financial barriers that may hinder the dissemination of high-quality research in education, psychology, and social behavior studies.

Authors are therefore not required to pay any submission fees, review fees, or publication fees for accepted manuscripts.
