Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to H-Luminia: Education, Psychology and Social Behavior Research Journal undergo a rigorous and transparent double-blind peer-review process to ensure the quality, originality, and scientific contribution of each publication. In this process, both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other in order to maintain objectivity and academic integrity.

Upon submission, each manuscript is first evaluated by the editorial team to determine its suitability in terms of scope, basic academic quality, and compliance with the journal’s author guidelines. Manuscripts that do not meet the minimum requirements may be returned to the author without external review.

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are then assigned to at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, methodological rigor, clarity of presentation, theoretical contribution, and relevance to the journal’s focus and scope.

Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the editorial board makes one of the following decisions: accept the manuscript, request minor revisions, request major revisions, or reject the manuscript. Authors are given the opportunity to revise their manuscript in response to reviewer comments, and revised submissions may be re-evaluated by the reviewers or editors.

The final decision on publication rests with the Editor-in-Chief, who ensures that all published articles meet the ethical and academic standards of the journal.
