Implementation of an Integrated Curriculum as an Effort to Provide Meaningful Learning for Students at Tk Islam Riyadhul Jannah Ampana

Abstract

This study describes the implementation of an integrated curriculum at TK Islam Riyadhul Jannah Ampana, combining Islamic content, particularly aqidah, adab, and akhlak, with early childhood learning activities. The researcher’s account describes a morning routine beginning with dzikir pagi, followed by Iqro’ learning and general activities such as reading, writing, counting, and coloring. Children are also habituated to commendable behavior, including praying before meals, greeting the teacher when entering the classroom, and greeting or respectfully salim-ing the teacher when going home. The researcher identified limited learning time and challenges in guilding some children as contraints. These findings describe the reported practices and do not establish the effectiveness of the curriculum or any clinical diagnosis of a child.
